Our commitments to you:
- We will not give your contact information to anyone without a
court order.
- We will not give your account information, usage habits, or
personal data to anyone. If we use this information ourselves
for research or product improvement, it will be done in such a way
so that your personal information is aggregated with a much larger
group of users and personally identifying information will be
removed. We may use aggregated information about our users'
utilization of their accounts in marketing materials, research
presentations, and other like public forums.
- We will not put any advertising on the primary application
screens.
- We will not charge you for your account.
- We will not change the terms of this EULA without notifying you
and allowing you to remove your information instead of accepting
it.
- If the EULA changes, you will be told in plain English what has
changed.
- Where permitted by law, you will be informed about breaches of
this EULA.
- We will make available to you a means of download all of your
personal data for a reasonable period of time.
- We will remove all of your personal data at your request.
Personal data that is shared between multiple users may remain on
the system until all users either request its removal or are
removed access to it.
- Our system administrators, both employees and contractors, will
be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and will be required
to follow the terms of this EULA.
- In the event that this EULA is violated, we will work with you
to provide evidence for legal proceedings.
Our caveats to you:
- We may accidentally breach this EULA, including accidentally
disclosing your personal information and data stored on our
servers. If such an accident is brought to our attention, we
will take steps to correct it and will notify you that your
personal information may have been accidentally disclosed.
You have no recourse against us for accidental breaches of this
EULA.
- We may accidentally lose all of your personal data; you have no
recourse against us if we do.
- If federal or local laws require us to break a term of this
EULA, you have no recourse against us.
Your commitments to us:
- You will not knowingly exploit security holes in this system in
order to access data that you should not have permission to
access.
- If you become aware of a security flaw in our system, you will
notify us a reasonable period of time prior to notifying
others.
- You will use this system to store information related to tasks;
you will not use the software or the API to store non-task
information. For example, translating an image into text and
storing it by creating a series of tasks with the body of the tasks
containing portions of the image are explicitly not permitted.
- You will not cause unnecessary load on the server by writing
applications which poll the server too often. You will not attempt
to circumvent limitation put in place to ensure good
performance.
